Upgraded Version PVC ID Card comes with 3 layer material which is 2 printing materials layer and 1 white middle layer, the thickness of 3 layers attachment after finishing is 0.76mm.

TIPS and TRICKS

  • Try to peel the angle of the material, the peeling side is not a printable side
  • The middle layer is white, both sides have a transparent thin film that needs to remove before you can attach the printing material for the sealing (laminate) process.
  • Actual size cutting is 86mm*54mm, bleed size is 89mm*57mm
  • Sealing temperature Approx 120ºC, depend on the type of laminate machine quality
  • If the temperature is not hot enough, the material will not seal properly, if too hot the material will start to curve, trial and error required if necessary.

 

  • Cuba kupas sudut bahan, sisi mengelupas bukan belah yang boleh dicetak
  • Lapisan tengah berwarna putih, kedua-dua belah mempunyai filem yang nipis harus dibuang sebelum anda dapat melekatkan bahan percetakan untuk proses laminate.
  • Pemotongan saiz sebenar ialah 86mm * 54mm, ukuran pendarahan adalah 89mm * 57mm
  • Suhu digunakan sekitar 120ºC, bergantung pada jenis kualiti mesin laminate
  • Sekiranya suhu tidak cukup panas, bahan tidak akan lekat dengan betul, jika terlalu panas pula bahan akan mulai melengkung, percubaan diperlukan.
